Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026
These terms are provided as a general starting point. A qualified legal professional should review them before publishing.
Use of this website
This website is provided for information about our services. You agree not to misuse it, submit false information, upload content you do not have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt the site or its forms.
Appointment requests
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. A manager will contact you to verify availability and discuss your project. We may decline or reschedule requests based on availability, location, or scope.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the conditions visible and the scope agreed at the time of the walkthrough. Hidden damage, structural issues, additional preparation, or changes you request may change the price. Any change in price or scope will be discussed with you before that work proceeds. Estimates are valid for a limited time and are not a binding contract until both parties agree on the final scope.
Project approval and cancellation
Work begins after you approve the scope, materials, and schedule. If you need to cancel or postpone, contact us as early as possible. Costs already incurred for custom materials or scheduled labor may not be refundable.
Payment and scheduling
Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are set out in your written estimate or agreement. Scheduling depends on weather, access to the property, and conditions outside our control; we will keep you informed of any change to the timeline.
Service limitations
We perform only the work we are qualified and legally permitted to perform. Work requiring a specialty licensed trade, permits, or engineering may need to be handled by another qualified professional, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Photos and content ownership
All text, photos, and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission and may not be copied without written consent. Photos you upload remain yours; by uploading them you allow us to use them internally to evaluate and perform your project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or from information provided on it. Nothing here limits any warranty or obligation stated in a signed project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
